TURNAROUND/PRODUCTION TIME
- If we have an item in stock it will ship out within 2-5 business days or less. (Monday -Friday ) If we need to order supplies to complete your order, we will let you know when to expect to receive it. You can count on these items to ship fast: seatbelts, bandanas, flowers, bow ties, key fobs, toys, and all pre-made, curated items.
- It may take up to 3-4 weeks to produce handmade, hand-dyed or custom requested items, especially if we must dye new fabric, or if your order hits during peak holiday months. We make every effort to ship quickly and can let you know in advance if it looks like production will be backed up more than usual.
- LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE. Should you need your item within a specific time frame or on drop-dead date, please message us and let us know. We will work with you and make every effort necessary o meet your deadline. If we can't, we will let you know and will refund your order. We make every effort to ship things as quickly as possible but Michelle is the only human actually doing the work around here - everything is produced and processed in the order they're received. Emmett, Livy and Ida provide inspiration and moral support, but they claim that because they lack thumbs they cannot help with production. Sad, but true.
- We are happy to include a special gift card insert with any gift order at no charge. Just let us know what you'd like the note to say.
SHIPPING
- We ship using USPS standard shipping that can take 2-5 days once the item is delivered to the post office. Depending on where you are located things can arrive within one day or five. It's always a mystery to us. Once your item is delivered to the post office it is out of our control to make it move faster. You will receive tracking information once your order hits the USPS, so you'll be able to keep an eye on it until it arrives.
- If you need something shipped quicker other than standard USPS, reach out to us. We can arrange faster shipping via USPS Priority or Overnight, UPS or FedEx, however you'd like to pay for it to get to you!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Unless otherwise noted on an item listing we do not accept returns unless an item is defective. We are a tiny, small business and because we make most of our items by hand, and often to order, we are not in a position to accept returns. Be careful to measure your fur baby's neck size before placing a collar or bandana order. If they are on the tight end of one of our sizes, we suggest ordering the next size up to ensure perfect fit. Also double check the spelling for bandana names before you submit the order! If we see something that sounds like an obvious typo, we'll reach out to you, but if it seems plausible, we'll print it as you submitted.
- We take the utmost care in inspecting orders before they go in the mail to you, to ensure they meet our high quality standards, but should you ever receive anything that is broken or missing a part or is NOT what you ordered at all, we will replace it and make sure you have exactly what you ordered, in proper perfect condition!
